there!, Hello

BAM BAM BAM Hear that? Opportunity.

Pounded out the pages yesterday. I really dig this movie idea. At work, during down time, I zapped out a seven page treatment carrying events from page 16 to nearly the end (maybe 90%). Then I went home, booted up the old laptop and started writing. Trista and Kat went to Stitch 'n' bitch, had a good time from the sounds of it. I zapped out 30 pages. Now I'm up past the halfway point, and looking forward to clocking out more tonight. Strange little story, part horror, part southern gothic, part I-don't-know-what. I hope it's good.

Trista was wondering if I wanted to cash in the second fast food coupon this evening... Sounds good to me! I don't plan on using it this weekend. We've going to Tater and Sharon's house for dinner and a flick on Saturday (and hopefully coming home around 10, to catch the 11:00 show of Fulltime Killer at the Bijou).

I called Saturn of Worcester dealership yesterday. My part came in. Thanks for calling me! Ah well, I made an appointment for 8:00 on Friday. If I get my work done today and tomorrow, I'll take all of Friday off. Otherwise, I'll come in late on Friday. This'll give me a chance to zot through a couple of edits, before I send the script off to Project Greenlight, Writer's Guild and the Copywright office.

Well, that's all the news fit to print. Sounds like nothing, but in actuality, this is the most CAREER WORK I've accomplished in a long time. Hopefully, I'll keep up the good work. :) Damn it feels good to exercise the old writing muscles.
